Domestic Arbitration

We provide legal services relating to domestic and international arbitration in Singapore.

For domestic arbitration our senior advocates and solicitors Mr. Ravinran Kumaran and Mr. K Rajendran handle domestic arbitration and mediation matters.

International Arbitration

For international arbitration, our collaborative partner is Ms. Rathina Maravarman, who is a Senior Advocate practicing in the High Court of Bombay, and a season arbitration practitioner.

Ms. Rathina has been in Presidential Appointment as Special Counsel / Senior Counsel for handling Union of Indian cases. She has acted as Legal Consultant to independent consulting teams of various infrastructure projects.

Ms. Rathina is on the panel of advocates of the leading banks in India, advising them of high stake matters and representing them in Court.
